What I collect
- What you type into the contact form — your name, email, phone, what you're working on, and whatever detail you give me about the property.
- Nothing else, unless it says so. This site has no login and no shopping cart, and never asks for financial account numbers, a Social Security number, or a document upload.
- Basic traffic data, if analytics is enabled — pages viewed, rough location by city, device type. Not your name.
How I use it
- To answer you about the property or project you asked about.
- To meet the recordkeeping obligations that apply to me as a licensed Tennessee affiliate broker.
What I don't do
- I don't sell your information.
- I don't trade or rent your contact details to lead-generation companies.
- I don't send you unrelated marketing from other businesses.
Who else may see it
Only where it's needed to do the work or run the site: my brokerage, Realty Executives Associates; the service that delivers form submissions to my inbox; my email provider; and, where a transaction requires it, the professionals involved in it — title company, lender, inspector, closing attorney. Each receives only what that role requires.
Calls and texts
The contact form asks you to tick a box agreeing to be contacted by call, text and email. That consent is not a condition of buying or selling anything, and you can withdraw it any time by telling me — reply STOP to a text, or just say so. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
- See it. Ask and I'll tell you what I have.
- Correct it. Tell me what's wrong and I'll fix it.
- Delete it. Ask and I'll delete it, except where license law or a completed transaction requires me to retain records.
- Stop hearing from me. One message and it stops.

Security, honestly stated
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and land in my email. I take reasonable care with them. No website can promise perfect security and I won't pretend otherwise — so please don't send bank details, account numbers or identity documents through this site. When a transaction needs those, we'll use a channel built for it.
Children
This site is meant for adults doing real estate business. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Other sites
Links to Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, realtor.com, county offices and any MLS search tool lead to sites I don't control, each with its own privacy practices.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
